說明：由五位臺灣高中生製作出的視覺小說，以促進青少年對健康的理解為主題，加入了青少年會有興趣的遊戲元素和精美的CG圖，以輕鬆幽默的搞笑劇情為媒介，使原本沉悶的健康主題變得更加引人入勝。透過這種輕鬆風趣的方式，打破對健康知識的枯燥印象，讓對健康了解不足的青少年在遊戲中愉快地獲取相關知識。這不僅讓大人小孩們在遊戲中共度歡樂時光，同時也漸漸的引導他們開始認識自身的不良習慣。

【English version instructions】

Description: This visual novel was produced by five Taiwanese high school students. It has the theme of promoting teenagers’ understanding of health. It adds game elements and exquisite CG images that teenagers will be interested in. It uses a light-hearted and humorous plot as a medium to make the original novel more enjoyable. The dull topic of health becomes more engaging. Through this relaxed and fun way, the boring impression of health knowledge is broken, and teenagers who have insufficient understanding of health can happily acquire relevant knowledge through games. This not only allows adults and children to have fun together in games, but also gradually guides them to begin to understand their own bad habits.
